Responsibilities

- Responsible for the maintenance, preparation and timely execution of a CY net-salary based payroll;
- Responsible for the submission and payment of all applicable Cyprus taxes;
- Responsible for the maintenance, preparation and timely execution of a remote employees payroll;
- Perform start of the year payroll processes like recalculations of all net salaries, completion and storage of IR59 forms;
- Perform year-end payroll processes, like reconciliations, issuance of TD63s, and TD7 forms.
- Maintain accurate payroll-related records;
- Assist employees with payroll questions, resolving issues and offering clear, accurate information
- Enjoys performing payroll-related math calculations;
- Eagerness in taking on tasks and assuming responsibilities;
- Is a good team member
- Knowing how to perform Net to gross calculations;
- Knowledge of first employment allowances (50% & 20%)
