Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead hardware & software projects in the waste management technology sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned Indonesian professional with a strong technical background and leadership experience in large-scale projects.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of hardware and software projects in the waste management technology sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between IoT, embedded systems, and SaaS platforms, delivering high-impact solutions.

This role requires a strategic, assertive leader with strong technical expertise and project management skills. You will own project scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. PRINCE2 knowledge is a plus, and relocation support to Batam will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality & timely delivery
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between hardware, software & business teams
• Own scope, risks, and resources with strong decision-making & leadership
• Implement structured project management methodologies (PRINCE2 is a plus!)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in hardware/software development
• Technical expertise in IoT, embedded systems, or SaaS-based platforms
• Strong leadership with a proactive & assertive approach
• PRINCE2 certification is a bonus
• Must be Indonesian & willing to relocate to Batam

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the waste management, IoT, or environmental technology sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies alongside PRINCE2.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and an assertive leadership style.
• Hands-on experience with hardware-software integration projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
