Founded in 2021, they're on a mission to solve increasing fragmentation between rollups and chains in the crypto ecosystem. Their flagship product started as a bridge aggregator and has evolved into a comprehensive solution that simplifies the user experience across blockchain networks.
With impressive traction facilitating over $11 billion in transaction volume, they've integrated with major platforms including Metamask, Kraken, Rainbow Wallet, and other industry leaders. Having secured Series A funding, they're now expanding their technology from EVM chains to Solana and other non-EVM ecosystems.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development of Solana programs and infrastructure for the company's Chain Abstraction protocol, including porting existing Solidity-based protocols to the Solana ecosystem
- Architect and implement solutions for seamless integration between EVM and Solana ecosystems, optimizing for security, efficiency, and reliability
- Drive technical discussions and protocol upgrades while collaborating with the core team on protocol implementations
- Provide technical leadership through documentation and best practices for Solana-specific development
- Support infrastructure development to handle multiple non-EVM chains
- Work closely with a talented team of backend engineers, frontend developers, and designers
Ideal Candidate Background
- Expert in Rust and Solana's programming model (SPL tokens, PDAs, CPIs), with production-grade Solana program experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building applications on Solana blockchain
- 3+ years of experience in engineering overall
- Basic knowledge of Solidity and EVM-based protocols for effective protocol adaptation
- Strong background in contract architecture and secure system design across blockchain environments
- Experience building applications that have scaled on Solana
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of cross-chain bridging technologies or experience with bridge applications
- Passion for DeFi with hands-on experience in Solana's ecosystem
- Experience working with crypto projects such as Jupiter (similar functionality) or Wormhole (bridges between EVM and non-EVM)
- Familiarity with the broader Solana ecosystem and developer community
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $170,000+ USD (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates)
