(Senior) IT Application Administrator (m/f/d) - Risk and Reporting Systems 🚀

What to Expect 🔍

• As a team member, you will be responsible for the provision and secure operation of applications on LINUX and Windows servers. These include both self-developed Java applications and standard products like AmbitFocus and Abacus360.
• You will actively support projects from the proposal phase to commissioning, e.g., through quality checks, operational acceptance tests, and implementation activities.
• You will handle process activities within the service lifecycle, focusing on tasks in Service Transition and Service Operation for applications.
• Additionally, you will analyze and process service requests and manage standard/routine changes, ensuring compliance with valid SLAs.

What You Bring 🎯

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. 🎓
• Strong expertise in IT application operations. Knowledge of ITIL is a plus. 🖥️
• Analytical skills, decision-making ability, and a goal-oriented mindset. 🔎

🗣️ German B1 is required and English
