Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Blockchain Infrastructure 🌍

$160,000 Salary
We’re looking for an experienced CTO to lead our technology strategy and scale our Blockchain infrastructure. Operating for 5 years with over 1,000 customers, we have a fully remote team of 60 across Argentina, China, Serbia, Georgia, Spain, and Portugal.
About the Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the tech roadmap focused on blockchain and Web3 solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of up to 40 engineers across Backend, Frontend, QA, SRE, and DevOps.
- Infrastructure Development: Oversee scaling, performance, stability, and uptime using Go, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and more.
- Innovation: Drive MVP launches, architecture decisions, and enhancements in latency and availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to shape overall company strategy.
Your Background:
- Proven Experience: Background in complex infrastructure projects, cloud services, and API design.
- Web3 Expertise: Knowledge of EVM, Solana, TON, and blockchain node architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams of up to 40 engineers and delivering large-scale projects.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with Go, NATS, ArangoDB, Redis, ScyllaDB, Consul, Envoy, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong skills in presenting complex ideas.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed.
