🔹 Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in Data Engineering, with experience in designing and implementing data architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including Lambda, S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
- Data Engineering & ETL: Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Databricks, Spark, and AWS Glue.
- Programming & Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Scala.
- Data Warehousing & Analytics: Experience in data modeling, data lakes, and warehouse solutions.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Experience with BI platforms like Sigma, Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and data science needs.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load large volumes of data.
- Leverage AWS cloud services to ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards across all data platforms.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Developers to enable seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Migrate and integrate existing data environments to AWS-based architectures.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and innovative solutions.
