- CUCM is must have
- ICCIE/CCNP Collaboration
- Microsoft Teams
- (Cisco Cube/Audiocodes) and SIP Trunking
- M365 and Modern Workplace technologies
- Advanced Cisco Call Manager & Cisco Jabber , Meeting Server , Expressway/VCS, Endpoints, WebEx
- IPTV Streaming/Multicasting
- Networking technologies (Switches, Routers, F5 load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, QoS)
