SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Cloud (AWS) Cybersecurity Specialist with a deep-rooted background in cyber threat response and incident handling in an AWS environment.

Required Qualifications of the Cloud (AWS) Cybersecurity Specialist:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Extensive experience working with Windows, Cloud technologies, Linux, and Web-Based applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Security monitoring and incident response.
• Firm understanding of offerings and capabilities within AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold active certification with 1 (or more) of the following:
• Cloud Certification (CCSP)
• GIAC
• Security+
• Or similar

Responsibilities of the Cloud (AWS) Cybersecurity Specialist:

• Perform threat identification and analysis of risks to Cloud Based Systems.
• Provide input and feedback on cloud/hybrid architectures related to security.
• Perform regular security audits and assist in investigation and remediation of security incidents/issues.

Work Location: 100% ONSITE in Columbia, SC; RELOCATION packages available to candidates considering moving to the Columbia, SC area!
