Data analyst (middle)

We are a strong international team of captains, IT professionals, and sales worldwide.

• Research customer data and develop specific business recommendations


• Develop analytical tools for clients, such as dashboards, calculators, etc.


• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product, marketing, sales, and customer success departments


• Set technical specifications for the development team to improve analytics. Design table structures and aggregates in BigQuery, our data warehouse. Optimize data usage costs in BigQuery


• Create processes for the analytics team: planning, retrospectives, task collection/setting/logging/reporting, communication with clients


• Create analytics documentation

Hard Skills Must-Have:

• Proficient in SQL: aggregate and window functions, joins, subqueries, CTEs


• Python for data processing and analysis. Packages: pandas, numpy, plotly (or others for visualization)


• Excel: building unit economics models, PNL, and various calculators


• Experience with BI tools (we use Redash and Looker)


• Strong knowledge of product and marketing metrics

Hard Skills Nice to Have:

• Experience with MySQL and BigQuery


• Redash, Looker, Amplitude, AmoCRM

Soft Skills:

• Solving problems in the form of specific business recommendations


• Ability to explain research/calculation results to the team and management in an understandable way


• Proactively gather analytical needs from clients and turn them into specific tasks


• Ability to identify the real needs of clients and propose corresponding solutions


• Ability to estimate the timelines of one's work and manage client expectations
