Role Overview:
As a CRM Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional customer experience through innovative content strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, analytical skills, and industry expertise to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and communication plans to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing campaign content aimed at boosting customer engagement and commercial performance across all communication channels.
- Manage all content tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, etc.).
- Ensure all content aligns with the guidelines established by the marketing department.
- Balance creativity with technical precision to devise original and effective SEO strategies.
- Support website optimization for improved search engine visibility.
- Design, manage, and optimize multiple targeted retention campaigns and personalized promotions for each brand/product simultaneously.
- Execute marketing campaigns using both automated and manual processes, ensuring timely delivery even outside standard working hours (planning required).
- Collaborate with CRM, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth coordination from brief to delivery.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, focusing on CRM and content creation.
- Languages: Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
- Professional knowledge of HTML and CSS development and constraints.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
