We are currently looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to join a dynamic and international team in Barcelona.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about online advertising, sales, and digital strategy, who want to work closely with businesses and agencies to drive impactful marketing results.
Purpose of the Role
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will partner with German companies and digital marketing agencies to identify and implement the most effective advertising solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their campaigns, improve performance, and maximize ROI across digital platforms. This is a target-driven sales role, where you will contribute to business growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners
- Provide strategic, consultative support to optimize advertising performance
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional digital solutions
- Help clients maximize ROI on their advertising investments
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in a sales-driven environment
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively communicate with clients via phone and video conferencing
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations

- Native-level German + fluent English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (preferably PPC campaign management)
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Team player with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising
