TypeScript Tech Lead at BairesDev

Join as a TypeScript Tech Lead, where you'll guide the technical direction of projects with your in-depth knowledge of TypeScript and front-end architectures. Lead a team of developers in delivering complex applications, setting technical standards, and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Define the technical direction and strategy for TypeScript development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a team of TypeScript developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle of TypeScript applications, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on TypeScript and related technologies.
• Stay at the forefront of TypeScript development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between the TypeScript development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
  
  

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience with TypeScript.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
