Computer Vision Specialist

The deal, up front:

- 100% remote, CDMX hours, flexible schedule. What matters is the weekly demo, not when you're online.

- You work directly with the founders. Fast decisions, and no meeting that should have been a message.

- We charge per project, not per hour. Fixed scope: when it ships, it's done.

- You'd be the first vision specialist. If this works out, that practice is yours to build.

- Small studio, startup pace, production software for real businesses.

The work: turning camera footage of physical spaces into numbers a business can act on. Detection and tracking on real video, a pipeline that runs on its own, and the evaluation to prove it works. You own the whole thing: model, pipeline, serving, and the weekly demo to the client.

Most CV jobs are labeling queues and tuning someone else's model. This one is owning the system.

What we need to see: computer vision you've shipped to production, and that you can explain the hard parts. You can run a system on your own. Spanish or English, enough to demo your own work.

Something you should know: the first project is closing, not signed. We're hiring early because we'd rather find the right person with time.

El trabajo: convertir video de espacios físicos en números que el negocio puede usar. Detección y tracking sobre video real, un pipeline que corre solo, y las pruebas para demostrar que funciona. Todo es tuyo: modelo, pipeline, infraestructura y el demo semanal con el cliente.

La mayoría de los trabajos de visión son etiquetar datos y ajustar el modelo de alguien más. Este es ser dueño del sistema.

Qué necesitamos ver: visión computacional que hayas puesto en producción, y que puedas explicar las partes difíciles. Que puedas llevar un sistema tú solo. Español o inglés, suficiente para presentar tu propio trabajo.

Algo que debes saber: el primer proyecto está por cerrarse, no está firmado. Contratamos con tiempo porque preferimos encontrar a la persona correcta sin prisa.
