We are currently looking to expand our team with a SOC Security Analyst to expand our team of consultants.
📍 100% remote but must be living in Spain or Portugal.
💼 Main responsibilities:
- Lead security operations, ensuring efficient monitoring, detection and response to threats in MSS environments.
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring clear executive reports, detailed metrics, SLAs and regular updates on service progress.
- Implement new security technologies, adapting them to the needs of a dynamic and challenging business environment.
- Assess and communicate security risks, adapting language to different audiences, from technical teams to senior management.
- Lead SOC transformation and/or SOC engineering projects, ensuring that objectives are achieved efficiently and in line with industry best practices.
- Develop proposals (RFPs) that are competitive, comprehensive and aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
- Designing and implementing robust and scalable security architectures in line with Security Architecture principles.
- Act as an active mentor, empowering and positively influencing the technical team, promoting growth and knowledge sharing.
🎓Requirements:
-4+ years of experience in SecOps, SOC or MSS
- Experience in implementing advanced security technologies (Microsoft 365, PaloAlto, Netskope,...).
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Competence in creating dashboards and strategic reports in Power BI.
- Customer focus, ensuring excellent service, efficient response to issues and problem resolution.
- Solid knowledge of information security, including principles, standard processes and technologies.
- Advanced English and Portuguese
