Full Remote (mandatory to be based in Portugal)
What you will do:
• Partner with the CISO to define and translate security strategy into a structured, actionable program roadmap
• Structure and manage the Information Security program, including initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Establish and run the program’s operating cadence, including tracking sessions, reviews, and executive reporting
• Track progress across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
What you are like:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
