Possibly the most rapidly expanding player in the crypto market-making space is looking for an experienced senior hire. The Director of High-Frequency Trading is seeking to expand his flagship team. With an impressive track record that already includes senior talent from Jump Trading, this is a unique chance for big-ticket traders with experience in managing large books, to join an exciting high-growth organization at a pivotal time.

The firm offers Market Making as a Service to token issuers and institutional clients, with a focus on optimizing liquidity across centralized and decentralized exchanges. Having tripled its revenue base through expanding OTC services and market-making, the organization is on an upward trajectory after securing multiple rounds of investment. With a near-billion-dollar valuation, the firm is aggressively expanding its global footprint.

Your Role:

• Design and implement algorithmic trading strategies with a primary focus on HFT market-making.
• Conduct in-depth research to uncover trading opportunities across centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Monitor and interpret market trends to optimize strategy performance.
• Work closely with engineers and developers to refine execution systems and enhance trading algorithms.
• Develop and execute tailored liquidity strategies to meet client needs.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience within an automated proprietary trading firm, or market making division in a sell-side organization.
• C++ or Rust expertise, minimum 2+ years.
• Strong background in market-making within the crypto or options space, with expertise in managing a significant book.
• Commercial experience in idea/signal generation, strategy design/implementation, and data analysis.

• Structure: Hybrid with offices in Singapore, London, Paris and New York - fully remote work is also an option.
• Compensation: Competitive compensation comprising of base, sign-on bonus (after meeting probation). Additional performance bonus.
