Blockchain & Distributed Systems Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design, build, and optimize full-stack automated test suites for decentralized Web3 applications and blockchain RPC services, acting as a key quality gatekeeper. Working at the intersection of blockchain engineering and distributed systems, you'll diagnose complex issues, establish testing strategies, and ensure the reliability of systems where correctness and uptime are critical. What You'll Do:

- Design and build comprehensive automated test suites across API, UI, and CLI layers for decentralized Web3 applications.

- Test and validate blockchain RPC services and distributed system components.

- Diagnose issues in distributed systems and establish testing strategies.

- Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring reliability and correctness across the stack.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality practices into the development lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

- Strong expertise in blockchain and distributed systems architecture.

- Experience building automated test suites for decentralized applications.

- Deep understanding of Web3 protocols and blockchain RPC services.

- Background diagnosing issues in distributed systems.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
