2: About the position: Fullstack Engineer (ReactJS + NodeJS)

Responsibilities: 

• Building out our web app and supporting services
• System design and development
• Backend engineering (NextJS/NodeJS)
• Front End engineering (ReactJS)
• Infrastructure configuration, deployment, and maintenance
• Database management
• Testing and monitoring
• Customer implementation support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with strong expertise in frameworks like React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with GCP/Firebase and relational databases such as SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Technically strong (quick at learning/implementing new technologies, strong system design, problem-solving, identifying tradeoffs between different solutions, and debugging skills)
• Proactive, self-sufficient, biased toward action
• Strong opinions, loosely held

Preferences

• Previous startup experience with U.S. based technology companies
• Previous fintech/finance/accounting/insurtech experience
• Document processing and/or general data science knowledge a plus
• Experience with CRM/ERP (e.g. Salesforce, Quickbooks) and banking integrations
• Experience with a variety of analytics platforms
