Position: HR Manager

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM PST

Compensation: $1,200 per month

Start Date: February 10, 2025

Sapience is a growing educational organization dedicated to excellence in academic training and enrichment programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Manager to support our recruitment, payroll, and onboarding efforts as we continue expanding.

✅ Recruitment & Hiring:

• Manage job postings on Indeed.com and LinkedIn.com
• Screen applications and schedule interviews
• Conduct virtual interviews via Zoom/Google Meet

✅ Payroll & HR Administration:

• Process and manage payroll using QuickBooks Payroll
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Handle HR compliance and policy documentation

✅ Onboarding & Employee Agreements:

• Guide new hires through company policies, procedures, and expectations
• Send and manage employment agreements via DocuSign.com
• Conduct virtual onboarding sessions with new employees

🔹 Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

🔹 Reliable internet connection, working headset, and computer with a camera (for virtual interviews & onboarding)

🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and manage HR processes efficiently

🔹 Prior experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, or administrative roles preferred
