Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
- Lead analysis and documentation on decommissioning stream by liaising with stakeholders e.g. other projects and business areas (complaints, mortgage services, business teams) on current usage and roll off plans for their Pega apps which are to be decommissioned (9 in total)
- Document retention requirements for any application where access to data is required to meet Data retention requirements though discussion with stakeholders and in line with data retention policies
- Work with Technical SME’s to shape and define a solution to meet ongoing retention requirements
- Work with project managers & technical SME’s on decommissioning activity for applications where data has been deleted and infrastructure decommissioning can be actioned e.g. raise relevant jira tickets or engage teams via front door processes
- Any experience with payments, mortgage systems, complaint's systems will be useful

Experienced Business Analyst with proven capabilities:
Stakeholder Management
Jira/Confluence
Comfortable in technical detail and working with technical teams
Inside IR35 via umbrella, fully remote in the UK role, day rate is up to £534 and length of contract 8 months.
