About The Role

We are partnering with a leading B2B solutions provider in the gaming industry to recruit a Studio Manager for their state-of-the-art gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania. This is a unique opportunity to oversee daily studio operations, lead dynamic teams, and drive excellence in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the studio, ensuring smooth performance and supporting team leaders.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Plan and oversee projects to align with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality standards across teams, processes, and deliverables.
• Analyze team performance using KPIs and other metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
• Promote compliance, efficiency, and adaptability within all operational processes.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in management roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
