For a world-leading technology and cybersecurity company in the USA, we are looking for a BILINGUAL - JUNIOR LEVEL professional specializing in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, consulting, and relationship management network security.

Mandatory requirements for this position:
- Advanced English (Preferred C1-C2, Minimum level B2) - Essential.
- Advanced or native Spanish.
- Professional with overall experience not more than 4-5 years.
- Experience in similar positions between 2 to 3 years.
- Junior professional experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, consulting, or relationship management (preferably at an enterprise technology company, SaaS is a plus).
- Having knowledge of networking and cyber security (Need not be an expert).
- Preferably worked in a networking/IT company in a client facing role.
- Not need be an expert in Python/Java Script, API development and networking, etc; but should have good understanding of these programs and should be able to understand a program.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Preferably knowledge of Palo Alto products such as CORTEX - Xpanse (is a plus).
- You must be able to accommodate your work schedule to EMEA time zones - Essential.
Skills Required:
- Strong communicator who can effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Intellectually curious and quick to learn new technical topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide medium-to-large enterprise customers through our technological product.
- Create and execute technical implementation plans, from start to finish; this includes onboarding, engagement training, check-ins, technical guidance, and security analysis.
- Write and disseminate engagement progress reports to customers and internally.
- Brief customer senior leadership to demonstrate our product positive impact on customer business objectives, highlight security issues, and make security recommendations.
- Become an expert on our product and coach customers on operationally and technically integrating the tool into their day-to-day workflows.
