Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Clients: Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone and email, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities daily.
- Advertiser Acquisition: Drive growth by acquiring new advertisers within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector.
- Consultative Sales: Provide tailored recommendations to clients using their existing data to align with their business goals.
- Revenue Growth: Qualify businesses for handover to skilled account managers to increase client revenue.
- Tool Utilization: Use tools like MS Excel, Salesforce, and other platforms to research, communicate, and sell effectively.
- Customer Feedback: Regularly share product feedback from clients with internal teams to help improve advertising solutions.
- Language Proficiency: Native/Fluent in Greek (C2) and English (minimum B2).
- Work Eligibility: EU work authorization or Portuguese residency status.
- Technical Skills: Computer and internet literacy, with familiarity in tools like MS Excel and CRM platforms being advantageous.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment.
- Work Style: A proactive and creative problem-solver with a passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts with an additional lunch break) on a rotational schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Compensation day off if working during Portuguese public holidays (subject to project consent).
