Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, primarily Google Ads
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
  • Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and budget optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure campaigns meet quality, policy, and performance standards
  • Prepare basic performance reports and optimization insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing goals


Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of online advertising and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Valid EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal (mandatory)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certification
