Role Description

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly web interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll work closely with both the design and development teams, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and translate them into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create user-centric web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Maintain consistency and high-quality standards across all design deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless user experience through intuitive, accessible design solutions.
• Provide input and insights into project planning, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work (include case studies if possible).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and translate client needs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UED (User Experience Design), and best practices.
• Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
• Knowledge of responsive design, web accessibility, and interaction design principles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Understanding of animation principles and microinteractions.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
