What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategist to join our team.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, working with DTC eCommerce brands.

This is not a trainee or junior position; we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Strategy: Devise client-specific email marketing strategies to optimize performance and align with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track client results and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Improvement Initiatives: Suggest strategies and split tests to improve performance, revenue, and customer experience.
• Creative Briefing: Create detailed briefs for campaigns, flows, popups, and segments, collaborating with copywriters and designers.
• Quality Assurance: Perform strategic QA on copywriting and designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Thought Leadership: Provide insights and research to support the company’s content marketing efforts.
• Documentation: Document processes and strategies as SOPs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high client satisfaction and performance improvements.

Success Criteria

• Drive Results: Ensure email campaigns consistently contribute a significant portion of clients’ revenue and demonstrate ongoing improvement.
• Meet Deadlines: Submit deliverables on time, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
• Align With Clients: Deliver creative work that aligns with clients’ brand guidelines and requires minimal revisions.
• Innovate: Proactively suggest new strategies and opportunities to improve client performance and engagement.

Skills and Qualities

• Email Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of direct response marketing, performance analysis, Klaviyo, Shopify integrations, and segmentation.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experiences.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high standards of quality and adherence to brand guidelines in all deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, client liaison, and project managers.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication, both internally and with clients.
