Engineering Manager - Web3

Head of Engineering - Web3/DeFi :

i am currently supporting a long standing client of mine in the Blockchain and Research industry, looking for a Head of Engineering. This person will take on both the Technical Leadership, and People Leadership.

Current team size 20+ across 3 teams. This is a fully remote team.

Experience:

5+ years experience software development.

2+ years experience as a Lead / Head of or Engineering Manager.

Web3 experience and either a good understanding of EVM or Polkadot.

If you have experience within Rust/Go or Typescript this is a massive bonus!
