• Doing UX research, analyzing, make prototypes.

• Keeping the quality design by hands on the end users.
• Communicating with stakeholders.
• Culturizing UX thinking into organizations.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience for UI Junior Level.
• 7+ years of experience in UI Lead to Principal Level.
• The portfolio and business-level Japanese skills are a must.
• Creating Interactive prototypes.
• Figma, Prototype tools, Adobe, Data Analytical Tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with working experience in a Japanese company.
• Proven strong knowledge and skills of UX Design Principles, methods, processes, usability and accessibility standards with logical thinking and user first mind.
• Has expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Has strong skills in UI design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design and design structure (Atomic design, OOUI).
