Requirements

• Min 4 years of experience working on all aspects of the UI process (User Interface Design, Visual Design),
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Human Centered Computing or Engineering, Fine Arts or Graphic / Communication Design with emphasis on UI Design or equivalent qualification,
• Proven ability creating WEB, Mobile WEB, iOS, Android App designs – Detailed online portfolio,
• Deep knowledge of modern UX/UI patterns, principles, latest trends and best practices,
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools ( Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator),
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process,
• Experience in designing responsive web, mobile and/or desktop applications,
• Understanding of visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction,
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively,
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all applications.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design high-quality visual elements such as icons, graphics, and other assets to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate and work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers to create useful and engaging experiences,
• Work with Front end and app developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation,
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting your deadlines,
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
