The Role
We’re looking for a Level Designer with a passion for puzzle games and a strong understanding of player experience. You’ll help design, build, and tune levels across our portfolio, working closely with designers, product managers, and analysts to create engaging progression and memorable gameplay moments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving design problems, learning from data, and crafting levels that keep players coming back for more.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and balance levels across our puzzle titles
- Contribute to difficulty curves and progression pacing throughout the player journey
- Create and iterate on level layouts, mechanics, and content variations
- Use level and player data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Support A/B tests related to levels, tutorials, and difficulty tuning
- Collaborate with game designers and product teams to improve player experience

What You’ll Bring (Must-Have)
- Experience designing levels for mobile puzzle games
- Solid understanding of puzzle mechanics and level design fundamentals
- Strong understanding of difficulty progression, player motivation, and game flow
- Experience working with Unity level editors or custom level-design tools
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and game data to inform design decisions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn from successful puzzle games and apply those insights to your own work
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
