Email Marketing Manager


Our client is dynamic and innovative digital agency specialising in email marketing, cold outreach and B2B lead generation. They pride themselves on delivering top-tier email marketing campaigns and exceptional client service. They're looking for an experienced and proactive Email Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive outstanding results for our clients.


Salary: £35,000 - £45,000


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage B2B email campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, including reviewing delivery rates, bounce levels, and overall performance.
  • Set up and monitor email workflows, managing data and ensuring accurate targeting.


Data Management:

  • Build and manage targeted lists using tools like Apollo.
  • Optimise data within campaigns to adjust lead flow and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations, including managing unsubscribes and data privacy policies.


Platform Oversight:

  • Set up and onboard new clients to email send platforms, ensuring seamless integration and campaign readiness.
  • Monitor client domains, maintain domain health, and address any deliverability issues.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create and deliver detailed reports for clients, highlighting campaign metrics, performance trends, and actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance issues to maximize results.


Workflow Optimisation:

  • Design and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads effectively.
  • Continuously refine workflows and campaigns based on performance data and client feedback.


  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough pre-send checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure all campaigns meet high-quality standards.


Key Requirements


  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing, including campaign management and platform expertise.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain health, and email compliance.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Spotler, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and data management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills for client reporting and team collaboration.
  • Experience in creating and optimising targeted email lists.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integration for email campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
