Iboux Systems Application - IT Project Manager/Systems Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to both internal and/or external contracted developers, ensuring best practices and optimal design choices are consistently upheld.
- Design and model sophisticated automations, workflows, and decision trees, making informed decisions on the integration of tools and platforms.
- Determine the appropriate technology stacks and frameworks for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications.
- Contribute hands-on to coding efforts when necessary, while also reviewing and ensuring the quality of code produced by the team.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, ensuring the team's methodologies and tools are current and effective.
- Collaborate with and guide all associated developers, whether they are internal team members or external contractors, ensuring technical excellence and cohesion in all development activities.
- Oversee complex technical implementations, such as API integrations, website creation and maintenance, and data extraction processes.
- Drive the project lifecycle, ensuring timely deliverables, efficient resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Solid foundation in software development principles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows.
- Strong ability to analyze and choose between different technology stacks based on project needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, WordPress, and others.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplifying complex scenarios and optimizing performance and scalability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (C1 or above).
(but not mandatory):
- Hands-on coding experience in multiple programming languages or frameworks, proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with diverse frameworks and platforms.
- Prior exposure to Google Workspace applications and integrations.
