What Youll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth and innovation by:
- Outbound & Inbound Prospecting: Research, connect with, and qualify prospects based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
- Strategic Outreach: Leverage tools like CRM, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to tailor outreach strategies.
- CRM Management: Update and progress leads through the pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Collaboration: Partner with SAMs, FSRs, and Sales Specialists to refine outreach strategies and support account planning.
- Campaign Feedback: Provide valuable insights to marketing teams to enhance campaign performance.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Be proficient or bilingual in English.
- Have strong skills in lead identification, nurturing, and qualification.
- Understand customers, industries, and solutions to drive solution-based selling.
- Be adept at building relationships and handling objections effectively.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar enterprise-level role.
- Be proficient in using CRM software and collaborating across sales and marketing teams.
