Role Description

This is a Full-time fully remote role for a Media Buyer to one of the clients of Salas Staffing. The Media Buyer will be responsible for media planning, media strategy, communication, and media buying on a day-to-day basis.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with Meta ads
• Experience with Google ads (YouTube, Search, Display, PMax)
• Experience with automation like Zapier
• Experience with Google tag manager, setting up GA4, Meta pixel and understanding how to implement UTM tags and read the data.

Analytical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret ad performance metrics.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Technical Proficiency:

• Deep understanding of Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with various bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad formats.
• Competency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other third-party tools.

Creative Thinking:

• Ability to create and test various ad creatives and copy.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance.

Project Management:

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
