Job Description: We’re looking for a creative and efficient video editor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting engaging content quickly and efficiently, as the goal is to produce 4-6 high-quality videos daily, focusing on speed without compromising storytelling. This position covers two key areas and offers a unique opportunity to work on both—crafting impactful content for Deskspace’s marketing campaigns and also building the CEO’s personal brand.

Tasks

• Edit short-form videos for both Deskspace’s marketing campaigns and the CEO’s personal brand, ensuring high engagement.
• Repurpose long-form content into clips suitable for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and CEO to understand content goals and deliver accordingly.
• Apply basic motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance content appeal.
• Manage and organize content libraries for easy access and reuse.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form content for social media.
• Ability to balance speed and quality, producing multiple videos daily without sacrificing key messaging.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be proficient in English. Knowledge of German (Deutsch) is a plus.
