What You’ll Do:

• Lead Design Strategy: Take ownership of the UI/UX design for the Finage website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to craft seamless experiences.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively and deliver outstanding results.
• Iterative Improvement: Analyze user feedback and website metrics to continuously refine and enhance the user journey.
• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail, typography, and design aesthetics.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote work environment.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like atmosphere.
