Position Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to take a central role in shaping the visual identity and promotional strategies of our brand. As the creative lead, you will design impactful visuals, produce engaging content, and ensure consistent branding across all platforms. In addition, you will support marketing initiatives by planning and executing campaigns that connect with our fintech and blockchain audience. This hybrid role requires a balance of design expertise and strategic marketing skills to strengthen our global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design and produce high-quality visuals, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into creative visuals.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.

Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to refine branding strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify the brand’s reach.
• Analyze and report the performance of campaigns and events, optimizing for success.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with management, marketing, and development teams to align visuals and campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members or freelancers involved in design or marketing.
• Document and optimize creative and marketing processes for scalability.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in creating digital assets for social media, websites, and ads.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and design trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Korean proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or related industries.
• Familiarity with NFTs, Web3 applications, or digital wallets.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience managing junior designers or collaborating with creative teams.

부서 간 협업:

• 경영진, 마케팅 및 개발 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 비주얼과 캠페인이 비즈니스 목표와 일치하도록 조율.
• 주니어 디자이너 또는 프리랜서를 관리 및 멘토링.
• 창의적 및 마케팅 프로세스를 문서화하고 확장 가능성을 위해 최적화.

필수 자격:

• 그래픽 디자이너 또는 유사 직무로서 1-3년 이상의 경력.
• Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 등 그래픽 디자인 소프트웨어 활용 능력.
• 소셜 미디어, 웹사이트, 광고용 디지털 자산 제작 경험.
• 브랜드 원칙 및 디자인 트렌드에 대한 이해.
