Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation across web and mobile
- Drive user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Craft intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality
- Create and maintain our design system to ensure consistent brand experience
- Develop compelling multimedia content for marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes
- Strong background in user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellence in creating responsive web and mobile designs
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel or SaaS industries
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Motion design and video editing capabilities
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
