Polish Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator - Athens (Remote in Greece)

We are currently looking for a Polish Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our remote team in Athens. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in organization and communication, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing roadside assistance operations for Polish-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to assistance requests from Polish-speaking clients via phone and digital channels
• Coordinate with local service providers to dispatch and track roadside assistance operations efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process, providing ongoing updates and reassurance
• Document client interactions and service requests accurately in the company's CRM system
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and strive for high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve service efficiency
• Support client inquiries and resolve any issues related to roadside assistance services
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably within the automotive or roadside assistance sector
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage stressful situations and provide solutions effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technology is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary
