The Marketing & Brand Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a creative and commercially driven role responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen Oryx Signature's brand presence while supporting the growth of both the company and its clients.

The successful candidate will develop marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing activities, oversee brand communications, create compelling content, coordinate events, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, designers, media partners, developers, agencies, and external vendors to deliver high-impact campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and business growth.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, email, and offline channels.
• Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Create compelling marketing content including copywriting, presentations, brochures, advertisements, social media content, newsletters, and website updates.
• Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches for both Oryx Signature and client projects.
• Support real estate marketing campaigns, developer launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, digital agencies, printers, and media partners.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, marketing vendors, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular marketing performance reports.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within budget.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Maintain company websites, digital assets, and online brand presence.
• Support business development initiatives by preparing marketing proposals, pitch decks, company profiles, and presentations.
• Represent Oryx Signature professionally during client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, digital technologies, branding innovations, and industry best practices.
• Consistently achieve marketing KPIs, brand awareness objectives, and lead generation targets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, advertising, digital marketing, or corporate communications within the UAE.
• Previous experience in real estate, business consultancy, events, luxury brands, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, integrated marketing communications, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience managing social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, content development, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and campaign coordination abilities.
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Arabic is highly preferred. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
