Key Responsibilities
#Design and implement Service portals within the ServiceNow platform.
#Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow mobile applications.
#Design and implement custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
#Utilize your expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module to streamline business processes.
#Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
#Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
#Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
#Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
#Strong understanding of the CSM module and expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
#Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
#Ability to design, develop, and implement custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
#Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
