Job Description

We're seeking a Cyprus based (relocation support is provided for candidates outside Cyprus) HR Business Partner with 4+ years in corporate and startup environments to support our technical division. Responsibilities

  • Shape the future: Develop and execute the HR strategy for the division, directly influencing business success and employee growth
  • Drive business impact: Collaborate in setting and achieving department OKRs, ensuring HR initiatives are fully aligned with business goals
  • Build strong foundations: Design and implement an effective organizational structure to support business scalability (including workforce planning and org design)
  • Forge key relationships: Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams to align on priorities and deliver strategic HR solutions
  • Develop top talent: Lead initiatives around talent development and succession planning, including creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs), coaching programs, career tracks, and performance management
  • Empower leadership: Strengthen and coach the management team through feedback, training, and leadership development programs
  • Innovate HR processes: Take ownership of HR process improvements and policy development to drive efficiency and best practices across the division
  • Lead transformation: Manage organizational changes and transformations to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success
  • Inspire engagement: Create a highly engaged team culture, driving motivation, purpose, and alignment with company values
  • Champion company values: Act as an ambassador for the company’s mission and values, ensuring they are embedded in everything you do

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically with Technology teams is essential
  • Extensive experience working in fast-paced, fast-growing IT companies
  • In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into HR strategies, analyze data, and provide consultancy as needed
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • A mature specialist capable of leading discussions at a partner level with top management
  • High level of independence and self-management
  • Fluency in English is essential
