Job Description
My client is actively seeking an experienced Senior Technology Leader with a strong background in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). This is very much a hands on position with the ability to move into a CTO role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
Direct the development of high-caliber applications
Drive the creation of innovative blockchain-based solutions across diverse industries.
Shape Technology strategy in line with industry trends and growth objectives.
It is vital you have development experience in Golang .
Advanced DLT Integration:
Lead the deployment of complex DLT solutions.
Team Leadership and Collaborative Vision:
Collaborate closely with product and executive leadership in strategic decision- making and implementation of innovative solutions.
Lead, mentor, and grow teams, fostering a culture of technical innovation and operational excellence.
Engage and manage external development resources and ensure a seamless integration of such resources
Championing Technical Best Practices:
Implement Agile methodologies, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and feature flagging for streamlined development and deployment.
Develop strategic roadmaps and operational policies within the technology department.
This role is paying up to $130K and is fully remote.
