Role Overview
We’re looking for a Lead PHP Developer to guide an offshore development team. In this hands-on role, you’ll shape best practices, provide technical direction, and architect scalable PHP applications to support a rapidly growing user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, fostering collaboration and productivity
- Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of PHP applications and features
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in PHP development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior position
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PHP and familiarity with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend
- Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
