Job Description

Scope of Work:

1. Mass and Back Office (BO) Recruitment – 50%

  • Work with HRBP and stake holders for Job Requirement and demand of vacancies.
  • Execute recruiting all assigned positions in time as demand for the organization via diversified channels.
  • Screen applications and short-listed for interview rounds.
  • Build talent pool of critical positions.
  • Proactively search and approach potential good candidates.
  • Support the team to manage end-to-end recruitment process (including job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, background check….)
  • Create sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders. Provide recruitment advice for hiring managers with a deep understanding of labor markets.

2. Expat Recruitment – 40%

  • Lead the recruitment of foreign teachers (Expats), focusing on sourcing through global channels.
  • Manage end-to-end expat hiring, including interviews, arrangements.
  • Build relationships with international recruitment partners to create a consistent pipeline of expat candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for hiring expats, including work permits and contractual obligations.
  • Provide support for onboarding and retention of expat hires, offering relocation assistance and cultural integration.

3. Employer Branding activities – 10%

  • In charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
  • Work with the Marketing team to maintain & develop the company's profiles on social media (LinkedIn, FB) job boards, website to ensure consistent branding and widen resources.
  • Inspire potential employees to be brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
  • Recommend measures to improve employee retention.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, including mass recruitment and expat hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments with flexible recruitment solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with job postings on social media.
  • Mass recruitment experience is highly preferred; a network in education is a plus.
