Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a DevOps team, fostering collaboration and driving best practices.
- Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure strategy, advocating for reliability initiatives.
- Implement automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
- Provide technical guidance, make high-level decisions, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Foster cross-team communication, serving as the main liaison between DevOps and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in scalable infrastructure within cloud environments.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies and scripting languages.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead DevOps role, with demonstrated leadership skills.
