About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect / AI Practice Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions for a strategic digital transformation program.

This role requires a strong technology leader with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, data platforms, and enterprise solution architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions while leading technical teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, offering an excellent compensation package and expatriate benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions.

* Define AI solution architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation strategy.

* Design and develop intelligent decision-support, prediction, optimization, and automation solutions.

* Build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.

* Develop scalable AI platforms and production-ready AI solutions.

* Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution governance.

* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

* Design scalable data pipelines and AI workflows integrating structured and unstructured data.

* Mentor technical teams and establish AI engineering best practices.

* Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and performance.

* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to solve business problems.

Experience & Qualifications

* 15+ years of overall IT experience.

* 8+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.

* Proven experience in leading enterprise AI solution design and implementation.

* Strong experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale solution delivery.

* Experience leading technical teams and mentoring AI engineers.

* Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

* Strong understanding of cloud-native AI platforms, modern data engineering, and MLOps practices.

* Experience working in secure, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments will be an added advantage.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

* Relevant AI, Cloud, or Data Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
