Fantastic opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial and leading financial services provider with a fantastic culture! The Business Analyst will support the Loan Agency Services team, serving as a thought partner to the business - translating business needs into technology solutions. Manage/track projects/dashboards, work with data, identify efficiencies, roll out automation to the team, execute on projects and communicate user requirements to the development team. Prior Loan Agency/Operations knowledge/experience is preferred, but not required.
3-5 years in a BA role with JIRA (or other project mgmt software) and Advanced Excel (macros) are necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Data Analytics, Information Technology or related )
- 3-5 years in a similar business analyst role
- MUST HAVE BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE
- Syndicated loan experience preferred
- Strong Excel skill (macros, data analysis)
- JIRA experience
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management sklills
- Fast learner with ability to work independently to analyze and solve complex issues/problems
- Ability to work with stakeholders, manage competing resources and follow through on commitments
- Minor travel may be required (up to 4 x a year)
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
