Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product, growth, and operational metrics using BI tools.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from relational and cloud data warehouses.
- Perform data cleaning, profiling, and accuracy checks; document data definitions and lineage.
- Translate business questions into measurable metrics and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc analyses, visualisations, and executive summaries to support decision-making.
- Automate routine reporting tasks and help maintain query repositories and version control best practices.
