My client is seeking a talented and vastly experienced Tech Lead specializing in Full Stack JavaScript to join their innovative AI generative booking start-up enabling you to tailor make your plans at ease!
This role will be very hands-on in the interim (as their primary products need to be built from scratch) but you'll also be managing a small offshore team as the company scales up (and the tech is gradually brought completely in-house). From this point, the role will morph into a Head of Engineering position!
💥 What will you be doing? 💥
- Be responsible for all things Software Engineering for the business.
- Actively participate in development tasks, contributing code and implementing features.
- Provide technical direction, management and guidance to the development team.
- Participate in the design and architecture discussions, making decisions on technologies, frameworks, and patterns to be used.
- Review code to ensure it meets coding standards, is efficient and is maintainable.

Node / AWS / TypeScript / React and accompanying technologies. Your work will approximately be 70% Backend / 30% Frontend focused.

- Experience working within a startup environment.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Strong commercial experience with Node.js.
